You will receive email and SMS updates once the order is packed and dispatched.

2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery within Metro Cities: 2–5 business days.

Non-Metro or Rural Areas: 5–10 business days.

Bulk or pallet shipments: as per courier partner and destination.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics, public holidays, or unforeseen events.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, volume, and delivery location.

4. Tracking Orders

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

5. Damage or Tampering

If you receive a damaged package, please:

Do not accept the parcel if visibly damaged.

Take photos/videos and contact support@buy4shops.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Unboxing video is mandatory for claims on damaged or missing items.

6. International Shipping

Currently, Buy4Shops.com ships within India only.
International shipping will be launched soon under Buy4Shops Global.
