1. Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
You received a wrong product (different from what was ordered).
The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
The product has missing items or quantity shortages.
To initiate a return, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@buy4shops.com, with clear photos or unboxing proof.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Personal care & cosmetic products (opened or used)
Fragrances, deodorants, or aerosol products
Items sold under clearance, combo, or promotional offers
3. Return Process
Once your request is approved, we will arrange for pickup or guide you on self-return (depending on location).
The product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
Refunds will be initiated after inspection and approval by our quality team.
4. Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
If the order was paid via COD, refund will be issued through bank transfer or UPI.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing us.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
